This Gift Certificate is valid for use within 6 months from date of issue

Valid for single transaction- any unused balance will not be returned or credited

Must be presented at time of service or you will be charged- Please notify when booking tattoo that you will be using certificate as payment

Certificate is NON-REFUNDABLE & cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit

Transfer or resale of this certificate is strictly prohibited. Only to be used by the recipient to whom it was issued

Black Rock Tattoo is not responsible for lost/ stolen/ damaged or destroyed certificates - They are NOT replaceable

Cannot be used I conjunction with any other promotional offer or discounts
